Seroprevalence of exposure to SARS-CoV-2 in domestic dogs and cats and its relationship with COVID-19 cases in the city of Villavicencio, Colombia

Raw data from the article "Seroprevalence of exposure to SARS-CoV-2 in domestic dogs and cats and its relationship with COVID-19 cases in the city of Villavicencio, Colombia". It includes the consent form and questionnaire used during the study, and information collected like the consecutive number, sex, age, species, commune, spectrophotometry results and Sample to Positive Ratio from the ELISA test performed from each dog and cat included in the study (435 tested animals).

本数据集源自论文《哥伦比亚比亚维森西奥市家养犬猫暴露于严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2型（SARS-CoV-2）的血清阳性率及其与新冠（COVID-19）病例的关联》。数据集包含本研究使用的知情同意书与调查问卷，以及纳入研究的435只受试犬猫的采集信息：包括连续编号、性别、年龄、物种、所属街区、分光光度法检测结果，以及针对每只受试动物开展的酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）的样本阳性比值（Sample to Positive Ratio）。
