In this study, we performed an in-depth analysis of functional human antibody responses to Zika virus infection using a recently-described, large-scale antibody discovery platform to link antibody genetic and functional features using native heavy and light chain paired sequencing and yeast display. The approach described here for tracking human immune responses can be applied for large-scale data to mine human immune responses, and to enable antibody drug discovery and antibody-guided vaccine design against current and future epidemic disease threats.
