Synthetic Pill Adherence and Refill Prediction Dataset

This dataset was synthetically generated using Python in Google Colab to simulate pill adherence and refill behavior for 300 users over 120 days. It contains daily medication intake, adherence probability, stock levels, refill events, and engineered features used to train machine learning models for refill prediction. The dataset is fully synthetic and contains no personally identifiable information. Files included: synthetic_pill_adherence_dataset.csv, pill_refill_prediction_model.ipynb.
