corn leaf tip pixel annotations and images

corn_leaf_tip_pixel.csvThe annotation of leaf tips file in tab separated csv format includes leaf tip coordinates and leaf tip types in each corn image.1st column: experiment from which the image was generated. 'corn_exp1' was conducted in 2018 and 'corn_exp23' was conducted in 2019.2nd column: image filename. Taking '402-073-N1-WW-1_2019-05-02_09-50-30.977_Vis_SV_108.jpg' as an example, '402-073-N1-WW-1' is the plant identifier in the greenhouse; '2019-05-02' is the imaging date following yyyy-mm-dd format; '09-50-30.977' is the imaging time in hh-mm-ss format; 'Vis_SV_108' indicates the image was photographed in the viewing angle of 108.3rd column: the genotype name.4th column: number of intact leaf tips5th column: number of damaged or cut leaf tips6th column: number of invisible leaf tips due to occlusions7th column: the coordinates for intact and damaged leaf tips. this data can be loaded as a python dict using json.loads function.corn_leaf_tip_pixel.tarAll 12,229 corn images emerged in the annotation csv file.
