Artigo C d=16 — Public Anchor Bundle v1: computational audit packages and temporal provenance

This public archival dataset preserves, byte for byte, seven closed and independently audited ZIP artifacts supporting the computational and statistical development of Artigo C d=16, a fixed-deficit decimal study in number theory. The record contains the canonical public-anchor bundle, its external SHA-256 sidecar, and a license-scope statement. The bundle itself contains the seven original ZIP files, their external SHA-256 sidecars, a consolidated artifact inventory, internal manifests, verification scripts, and a temporal-provenance statement. Publication of this record establishes public existence and integrity from the publication date onward. It does not constitute a retrospective public preregistration of the historical L=15 and L=17 protocols. Those protocols are preserved and consistent with the internally documented chronology of the project, but no independent public timestamp predating the analyses is claimed.
