Transcriptome sequencing and gene expression profiling of root of Bupleurum chinense DC. in response to continuous inflorescence removal

The growth parameters of roots were changed through continuous inflorescence removal. The de novo transcriptome sequencing was performed to look for the possible molecular mechanisms underlying these changes of the root phenotypes.
