Differentially-regulated genes in TNF-α-treated M13SV1-Cre and MDA-MB-435-pFDR1 cells under normoxic and hypoxic conditions. Genes that were up-regulated and down-regulated by at least 2-fold in TNF-α-treated cells compared with untreated cells (not detected flags and compromised spots were not removed).
