Gene expression in CD8+ T-cells from tumors in Wildtype mice and β2-adrenergic receptor knockout mice

Gene profiles with NanoString in CD8+ T-cells of the non-irradiated tumors and irradiated tumors from WT and β2-AR KO mice which had been given radiation to the contralateral tumors. In the present study, RNA was isolated from sorted CD8+ T-cells of irradiated tumors and non-irradiated tumors in CT26 tumor-bearing WT or β2-AR KO mice treated with radiation, using the RNeasy Plus Mini kit (QIAGEN). NanoString analysis was performed with the nCounter Analysis System at NanoString Technologies. The nCounter Mouse Immunology kit was used including 561 immunology-related mouse genes.
