There are still many aspects of the CDW ordering and underlying mechanism of AV3Sb5 compounds that are not yet fully comprehended. Here, we propose an X-ray diffraction study of AV3Sb5 compounds under in-plane strain, which can affect both the lattice and electronic structure. We expect to gain insight into the ground state and CDW formation mechanism of these materials through strain dependences of CDW ordering and TCDW obtained by analysing M and L point CDW peaks under various strain conditions and temperatures. This will open new avenues for studying exotic quantum phases of Kagome materials including CDW using strain.
