This dataset collects and statistically analyzes overdue elevator maintenance data of various maintenance units in Xi’an, aiming to evaluate the work quality of each maintenance unit, assist them in optimizing the allocation of safety management and operational personnel, provide reference for local regulatory authorities to conduct targeted interviews and strengthen supervision over maintenance units with "warning" evaluation results, increase the frequency and content of daily maintenance, reduce elevator safety hazards, and offer data support for relevant personnel to formulate cooperation plans.

1. Data Collection: Collect overdue maintenance-related data of elevators under different maintenance units in Xi’an via elevator Internet of Things (IoT) devices and alarm receiving platforms.

2. Data Processing: Clean, analyze and organize the collected raw data to extract the required data fields: maintenance unit, statistical time, region, maintenance type, number of overdue maintenance elevators, and number of involved residential communities.

3. Data Calculation:
- Proportion of overdue maintenance elevators for a single unit = Total number of overdue maintenance elevators of the unit throughout the year / Total number of overdue maintenance elevators in Xi’an throughout the year
- Proportion of involved residential communities for a single unit = Number of residential communities involved in the unit’s overdue maintenance throughout the year / Total number of residential communities involved in overdue maintenance in Xi’an throughout the year
The sample data demonstrates the situation of one maintenance unit, and the dataset contains multiple maintenance units, with the unit name represented in the data field in the format of (unit name).

4. Early Warning Evaluation: Use the IF function to perform graded evaluation on algorithm results:
- For the proportion of overdue maintenance elevators: IF [0 ≤ proportion ≤ 0.1], mark evaluation A as "+"; IF [proportion > 0.1], mark evaluation A as "-"
- For the proportion of involved residential communities: IF [0 ≤ proportion ≤ 0.1], mark evaluation B as "+"; IF [proportion > 0.1], mark evaluation B as "-"
A unit will be rated as "qualified" only when both evaluation A and evaluation B are "+"; all other situations will be evaluated as "warning". For maintenance units with "warning" evaluation results, local regulatory authorities shall conduct interviews, strengthen supervision, increase the frequency and content of daily maintenance, so as to reduce elevator safety hazards.
