We characterize histone modifications and transcription factor binding by ChIP-seq in epithelial and mesenchymal subpopulations isolated from a triple-negative breast cancer cell line. Overall design: We isolated EpCAM+ CD49f+ (POS) and EpCAM- CD49f- (NEG) isolated subpopulations by FACS, then performed ChIP-seq following treatment as indicated with the antibody as indicated.
