3'SRP (3'seq RNA profiling = RNAseq with only sequencing of the mRNA 3'end) data obtained from hypothalamus sampled on fetal rat at the 17th day of gestation in a context of maternal protein restriction during gestation. Two groups of samples : control = fetuses from dams fed a control diet containing 20% proteins, PR= fetuses from dams fed a protein restricted diet containing 4% proteins
