We proposed a novel approach for generating building-scale building height samples through integrating Global Ecosystem Dynamics Investigation (GEDI) data and building footprints. Twelve cities at different stages of development were selected as the study area. Our framework outperforms existing products in accuracy stability, alleviating the global scarcity of building-scale height samples.
