Fibroblast-like synoviocytes promotes autoimmune response

We integrated the data of fibroblasts from synovial tissues of patients with RA and OA. The data sources encompassed multiple studies, all of which are accessible in a public, open-access repository. The scRNA-seq data of human synovial tissues were sourced from three distinct origins: one datasets (HRA000155) retrieved from the Genome Sequence Archive in BIG Data Center and two datasets from the ImmPort database (https://www.immport.org/shared/home). Additionally, scRNA-seq data for 3 osteoarthritis patients were acquired from the GEO (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/), which aligns with the RA patient data in HRA000155. This research further incorporated scRNA-seq data derived from synovial tissues of CIA mice (n=3) and healthy control mice (n=9), within the GEO database. Furthermore, scRNA-seq datasets pertaining to atopic dermatitis (AD) (GSE147424), Crohn's disease (CD) (GSE134809), systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) (GSE186476), and ulcerative colitis (SCP259) were also considered.
