The entire samples from deep layers or aliquota (1/2 to 1/4) from the upper layer have been analyzed under a binocular microscope. Copepoda and cladocera species have been identified and enumerated; other zooplankton species have been identified and enumerated at higher taxonomic levels (usually named as zooplankton groups).已针对深层样本，或取自上层样本的1/2至1/4等分试样，通过双目显微镜完成分析。已完成桡足类（Copepoda）与枝角类（Cladocera）物种的种类鉴定及数量统计；其余浮游动物类群则按更高分类阶元开展鉴定与计数，通常归类为浮游动物类群（zooplankton groups）。
