The transcriptome of the wild type and GRAS mutant tomato roots during arbuscular mycorrhizal symbiosis

Mutants of six GRAS genes(nsp1, nsp2, gras38, sig1, sig2, sig4) and wild-type (WT) S.lycopersicum were grown by inoculation with R.irregularis and using and mock-inoculated WT plants as controls.The plant roots of these groups were harvest at six weeks post-inoculation and used for RNA extraction. RNAseq was performed using the BGI DNBSEQ platform platform.
