该数据集为杭州市中医院在开展肝囊肿患者腹部CT检查、影像诊断及临床服务过程中产生，来源于杭州市中医院医院放射科2015年-2025年日常医疗活动所生成的腹部CT原始影像（DICOM）数据及对应影像报告1000例。数据内容包含患者基础匿名信息，检查项目与部位、临床诊断、影像报告等关键信息，数据形态涵盖医学影像与文本报告两类模态。 该数据集可用于肝囊肿病灶的检测、分割、定量分析、影像表征研究，可支撑医学影像AI模型构建、多设备一致性评估、真实世界诊疗研究等多类场景。同时，可助力医院影像流程优化、提高放射科诊断效率，为肝囊肿临床诊治与科研提供可靠的数据支持。This dataset is generated by Hangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital during the provision of abdominal CT examinations, imaging diagnoses and clinical services for patients with hepatic cysts. It is sourced from 1000 cases of raw abdominal CT DICOM data and corresponding imaging reports generated from the daily medical operations of the hospital's Radiology Department between 2015 and 2025. The dataset includes key information such as anonymized basic patient demographics, examination items and anatomical scan sites, clinical diagnoses, and imaging reports, covering two modalities: medical images and textual reports. This dataset can be applied to research on the detection, segmentation, quantitative analysis and imaging characterization of hepatic cyst lesions, and can support multiple application scenarios including the development of medical imaging AI models, cross-device consistency evaluation, real-world diagnostic and therapeutic research, and more. Furthermore, it can assist in optimizing hospital imaging workflows, enhancing the diagnostic efficiency of the radiology department, and providing reliable data support for the clinical diagnosis, treatment and scientific research of hepatic cysts.
