Replication Data for: FXR1 Depletion Effects in HTR8/SVneo Trophoblast Cells: A High-throughput Sequencing Dataset

Data Source：HTR8/SVneo cell line Data Type：RNA-seq Data Generation Summary (RNA-seq)：HTR8/SVneo trophoblast cells were cultured to 70-80% confluency and then transfected for 48 hours. The experimental group (n=3) was transfected with FXR1-targeting siRNA, while the control group (n=3) received a non-targeting control siRNA (si-control). Total RNA was isolated from the harvested cells post-transfection. RNA sequencing libraries were prepared from the qualified total RNA samples. Paired-end sequencing (2 × 150 bp) was performed on an Illumina platform using the PE150 strategy. Rationale for Raw FASTQ Unavailability and Substituted Data：Due to the relocation of our laboratory, the original FASTQ files stored on a local computer were accidentally lost.
