Data Source:HTR8/SVneo cell line Data Type:RNA-seq Data Generation Summary (RNA-seq):HTR8/SVneo trophoblast cells were cultured to 70-80% confluency and then transfected for 48 hours. The experimental group (n=3) was transfected with FXR1-targeting siRNA, while the control group (n=3) received a non-targeting control siRNA (si-control). Total RNA was isolated from the harvested cells post-transfection. RNA sequencing libraries were prepared from the qualified total RNA samples. Paired-end sequencing (2 × 150 bp) was performed on an Illumina platform using the PE150 strategy. Rationale for Raw FASTQ Unavailability and Substituted Data:Due to the relocation of our laboratory, the original FASTQ files stored on a local computer were accidentally lost.
