This study is designed to uncover the mechanism by which STING agonist (DMXAA) changes the tumor microenivorment of mammary tumor to support Th/Tc17 CAR-T cells treatment. Single-cell RNA-seq profiling for tumor infiltrating CD45 expressing cells are isolated from mice receiving Th/Tc17 CAR-T cells therapy with or without DMXAA (STING agonist) treatment.
