Pathological ocular angiogenesis are hallmarks of diabetic retinopathy (DR) and wet Age-related macular degeneration (AMD).Cavin3 and Tubb6 was found to upregulated in endothelial cells (ECs) of OIR and CNV mouse models. RNA-Seq analysis was performed in HUVECs with CAVIN3 knockdown and TUBB6 knockdown treatment to explore downstream pathways using standard library construction and Illumina NovaSeq 6000 (Genewiz, South Plainfield, NJ). The study includes endothelial cell (EC) samples derived from HUVECs (Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells) subjected to RNA-Seq analysis. The experimental conditions involve CAVIN3 knockdown and TUBB6 knockdown treatments to investigate downstream pathways related to pathological ocular angiogenesis, specifically in the context of diabetic retinopathy (DR) and wet Age-related Macular Degeneration (AMD). The samples consist of both treated and control groups, with replicates included to ensure statistical robustness and reliability of the data. The controls serve as a baseline to compare the effects of the knockdown treatments, facilitating the identification of gene expression changes directly associated with the loss of CAVIN3 and TUBB6 in endothelial cells.
