Individual and combined threat maps of 16 selected food tree species within the boundaries of Burkina Faso

These maps show the distribution range of 16 selected food tree species within the boundaries of Burkina Faso together with the threat magnitude levels on a five-point scale from 'No threat'(0), 'Low'(1), 'Medium'(20), 'High'(300) to 'Very high'(4000). The threat maps depict ‘Overexploitation’, ‘Overgrazing’, ‘Fire’, ‘Climate change’, ‘Cotton production’, ‘Mining’ and ‘Combined threat'. The asci files were named as follows: first three letters of the genus name + first three letters of the species name + '_' + 'coded threat name'.
