Gene Expression of mobPBSC After FVA3-Ang1 Priming

The FVA3-Ang1 priming strategy was evaluated with a dual focus—safety assessment via modifications in cell characteristics and enhancement of therapeutic efficacy through augmented angiogenic potential. Gene expression patterns were analyzed by total RNA sequencing of mobPBSCs collected from patients diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction.
