Gallus gallus embryonic blood transcriptome

This project comprises RNA-seq data from 30 embryonic blood samples collected from male Green-legged Partridgelike chicken (Gallus gallus) embryos at 2.5 days of incubation. The samples were obtained as part of a three-generation experimental study (with an additional F4 embryo assessment). In this project, samples were from embryos of the third (F3) and fourth (F4) generations. For each generation, five experimental groups were analyzed (three samples per group): (1) C: control group; (2) SYNs: group that received a single injection of synbiotic in F1 embryos; (3) SYNr: group that received repeated synbiotic injections (F1-F3); (4) SYNCHs: group that received a single injection of synbiotic and choline in F1 embryos; and (5) SYNCHr: group that received repeated injections of synbiotic and choline (F1-F3).
