Effect of soil fungi on seedling survival

This dataset contains fungal ITS amplicon sequences from 117 soil samples of seedling quadrats in temperate forests. The data were used to evaluate the effects of soil plant pathogens and mycorrhizal fungi on tree seedling survival.
