Intestinal tissue transcriptome analysis

This dataset contains RNA-seq transcriptome data of SDrat colon tissues obtained through sequencing on the Illumina platform, from male rats in the control group and the microplastic/antibiotic co-exposure group. The study aims to systematically analyze the effects of microplastic exposure on the gene expression profile of colon epithelium, immune-related pathways, and barrier function-related genes, providing publicly accessible transcriptome resources for evaluating the intestinal toxicity mechanism of environmental microplastics.
