The folder data contains input and intermediate results. Maps of tree cover loss for Europe from European Forest Disturbance Atlas, version 2.1.1 (Viana-Soto & Senf 2024) are provided as zip archives in data/01_data_tree_cover_loss License: Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). AGBD maps for Europe (Liu et al. 2023) need to be downloaded into data/planet_agbd. Aggregated area of tree cover loss and agent of tree cover loss provided as zip archives in data/02_aggregation_area Aggregated AGBD values relative to the time since tree cover loss are provided as zip archives for 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50km grids in data/03_aggregation_agbd.
