CRITERIA FOR SELECTING PEDAGOGICAL STRATEGIES AIMED AT DEVELOPING CORE COMPETENCIES IN PRIMARY EDUCATION
收藏资源简介:
This study explores the criteria for selecting pedagogical strategies aimed at developing core competencies in primary education. In the context of competency-based education, the effectiveness of instructional practices largely depends on how pedagogical strategies are chosen and aligned with educational objectives and learners’ developmental characteristics. The study emphasizes the importance of clearly defined selection criteria, including alignment with learning goals, consideration of learners’ cognitive and psychological needs, active learning orientation, individualization, collaborative interaction, and coherence between instruction and assessment. Through theoretical analysis, the research demonstrates that criteria-based selection of pedagogical strategies ensures systematic and meaningful learning experiences, supports the development of cognitive, social, and communicative competencies, and enhances learner motivation and self-regulation. The findings highlight that the application of well-structured selection criteria contributes to the improvement of instructional quality and provides a methodological foundation for effective competency development in primary education. The study offers practical guidance for educators in designing and implementing competency-oriented pedagogical strategies.
