The dose of 0.33 mg/kg a-amanitin was selected to evaluate the time effect. Three to five ICR male mice were sacrificed at 1h (n=5), 4h (n=5), 8h (n=3), 16h (n=5), 24h (n=5), 31h (n=3), 48h (n=5), 64h (n=4), 72h (n=5), and 96h (n=5) post exposure. Five control mice were sacrificed at 96h after vehicle treatment. In the time-effect study, the liver transcriptome was conducted to explore mRNA changes from RNAP II inhibition and the underlying pathways associated with recovery.
