资源简介:
This repository contains supporting and source data for the paper "A minimally invasive floating-wire interface for transcranial deep brain stimulation", by Mats Forssell, Vishal Jain, Pulkit Grover, Maysamreza Chamanzar. <br>The paper describes FLOATES, a novel technique for deep brain stimulation utilizing untethered (free-floating) wires inserted in the brain, with transcranial currents coupling to these wires from scalp electrodes. The repository contains experimental data from benchtop experiments (electric field measurement in PBS), in vivo experiments (intracortical microstimulation (ICMS) in rodents, as well as FLOATES experiments in rodents), finite element simulations, and analytical modeling. Details of experiments are described in the paper methods.
