RNAseq2020

Fastq files and sample info list from RNAseq experiment (November 2020) on tomato moneymaker wildtype and mutants lines for a TF involved in glandular trichome development and specialised metabolism. Plant material: second par of corresponding leaflets on the 4th leaf of 4 weeks old plant; whole stems and petioles. Harvested on 23/07/2020. Snap-frozen in N2 and stored at -80 C. Frozen leaves were grounded and omogenized. Frozen stems and petioles were vortex and trichomes shaken off. RNA extraction: Qiagen RNeasy Plant Mini Kit (50) (Cat No./ID: 74904) for RNA isolation and purification and Qiagen RNase-Free DNase Set (50) (Cat No./ID: 79254) for on-columd DNAse treatment. Samples: 60x, see sample info for details. 2x Illumina High Output v2.5 kit 75 cycles, ~13Mreads per sample. Differential expression analysis executed with Deseq2
