Gene expression profile of tumors developed in the spleen of p53-haploinsufficient mice

We aimed to ivestigate the effects of LSD1 on the gene expression program of p53-haploinsufficient mice to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying the development of lymphoid malignancies. We isolated mRNA from tumors developed in the spleen of p53+/−, LSD1 × p53+/− #2, and LSD1 × p53+/− #3 mice, and subjected them to gene expression analysis using an Agilent Gene Expression Array.
