CapContact dataset: Mutual-capacitance sensing and high-resolution ground-truth contact masks

The dataset consists of more than 26,000 pairs of capacitive images (72 px × 41 px) and corresponding high-resolution ground-truth contact masks (576 px × 328 px). The records were gathered using a data capture rig that integrates mutual-capacitance sensing and frustrated internal reflection (contact) sensing into the same touch surface. The dataset can be used to build super-resolution capacitive touchscreens for multitouch phones and tablets.
