Cucurbitacins in roots, flowers and leaves of crops and wild gourds in the family Cucurbitaceae

The concentrations of the cucurbitacins are expressed as µg cucurbitacin/g dry tissue sample based on HPLC analysis. Trace amounts are indicated as (++) for prominent peaks too small to be considered for calculations. (+) indicates peaks smaller than (++). (–) indicates peaks smaller than (+). To quantify these data a standard curve, based on peak area, was fashioned for cucurbitacins B and D. The Cucurbitacin B slope 5.00E+06 and intercept 8.00E+06. The Cucurbitacin D slope 8000000.00 and intercept -9000000.00. Readme file contains species names and abbreviations.

本数据集采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）分析方法，将葫芦素（cucurbitacins）的浓度以微克葫芦素/克干燥组织样品为单位进行表征。痕量组分的色谱峰以(++)标注，对应峰形显著但面积过小无法用于定量计算的峰；(+)代表峰面积小于(++)的色谱峰；(–)则代表峰面积小于(+)的色谱峰。为完成本数据集的定量分析，研究人员以峰面积为基准，为葫芦素B与葫芦素D分别构建了标准曲线。其中葫芦素B标准曲线的斜率为5.00×10^6，截距为8.00×10^6；葫芦素D标准曲线的斜率为8000000.00，截距为-9000000.00。本数据集的README文件包含物种名称及其缩写信息。
