Southern Surveyor Voyage SS 03/2008 Multibeam Echosounder Data

Multibeam echosounder data collected on Southern Surveyor voyage 03/2008 using the Simrad EM300 multibeam echosounder to acquire high resolution seafloor bathymetry and backscatter information. This voyage took place in the eastern Great Australian Bight during February and March 2008. Ping rate varied according to depth. Data are stored in Simrad *.all raw format at CMAR and Geoscience Australia (GA). There are 256 files totalling 5.82 GB of raw data in this dataset. 本数据集为“南探索者号”（Southern Surveyor）2008年第03航次采集的多波束测深仪（multibeam echosounder）数据，采用Simrad EM300型多波束测深仪获取高分辨率海底水深地形与反向散射强度信息。该航次于2008年2月至3月期间在大澳大利亚湾东部海域开展作业。声呐脉冲发射率（ping rate）随作业水深动态调整。原始数据以Simrad *.all原始格式存储，存档于CMAR与澳大利亚地质科学局（Geoscience Australia，简称GA）。本数据集共计包含256个原始数据文件，总数据量达5.82 GB。有关本数据集的补充信息可查阅本次航次的航次报告及/或可获取的数据处理报告。
