The present Data Share Collection (DSC) contains the raw data used for the publication of the "Engineering of CD34+ progenitor-derived natural killer cells with higheraffinity CD16a for enhanced antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity" with DOI 10.1016/j.jcyt.2023.11.009. Here, we aimed at genetically engineer our CD16-negative HSPC-NK cells with retroviruses encoding for CD16a to enable HSPC-NK cell use as an adoptive NK cell therapy together with tumor-targeting monoclonal antibodies. The DSC is organized in different folders, each representing one main figure. Each figure folder further constains separate folders for each one of the subfigures (A, B, C, etc...). In these subfigure folders, the seeker can find the raw data from each one of the donors/experients used, which might be further stratified in different folders to improve the "Findability" and "Accesibility" of the data according to the FAIR principle. Note, each HSPC-NK cell donor is coded with 2/4 digits. Therefore, all samples/conditions with the same 2/4 digits correspond to the same donor. Samples labelled as NT, 2048 (sometimes labelled as 48 or wildtype/WT) or 2049 (sometimes labelled as 49 or mutant/MUT) correspond to non-transduced, cleavable CD16 transduced and non-cleavable CD16 transduced cells, respectively. This data collection was prepared after the first author left the department. Should questions arise from this published DSC, please contact the Collection Managers.
