VENEER PROCESSING METHOD

FIELD: woodworking industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to woodworking， particularly， to veneer processing. Mechanical removal of excess water from veneer by rollers is performed and solution of water-soluble artificial resins is introduced into it. Prior to water removal， veneer sheet is heated by high-frequency currents. After removal of water， veneer sheet is impregnated immediately with solution of artificial resins by created vacuum in pores of wood. Then veneer is rolled between rolls， linear speed of which is less than speed of veneer movement. At the same time veneer is additionally exposed to vibration by rolls connected to vibration drive. EFFECT: higher efficiency and uniformity of veneer processing. 1 cl， 2 dwg
