RNA sequencing of Pasteurella multocida in mouse lung tissue and in vitro

Pasteurella multocida is a Gram-negative bacterium that can cause a variety of poultry and livestock diseases, causing huge economic losses. In this study, the lung tissue of mice infected with Pasteurella multocida and the Pasteurella multocida cultured in vitro were subjected to transcriptome sequencing. Through the transcriptome sequencing results of Pasteurella multocida in vitro and in vivo, the in vitro and in vivo significant differential genes were screened, and the new virulence genes of Pasteurella multocida were analyzed to further elucidate the pathogenic mechanism of Pasteurella multocida.
