Improved T cell immunity following neoadjuvant chemotherapy in ovarian cancer

To investigate effects of standard-of-care neoadjuvant carboplatin and paclitaxel chemotherapy on T cell immunity, we surveyed changes in the peripheral T cell receptor repertoire. We performed bulk TCR sequencing of peripheral blood before chemotherapy (baseline), after 3 cycles (C3) and after 6 cycles (C6).
