Sentinel muscle selection for abbreviated ultrasound protocols in facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy: derived data and analysis code

Derived echo-intensity and sub-muscular measurements, analysis code and result tables supporting a study of sentinel muscle selection for abbreviated muscle ultrasound protocols in facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy. Echo intensity was recomputed for 25,004 B-mode images using the released expert segmentation masks, and sub-muscular and depth-dependent indices were derived for the 11,559 images of the seven protocol muscles. The deposit contains the per-image feature tables, a single script reproducing every statistical result, the figure code, and an audit script that re-derives all 143 published values from the data. All measurements derive from the openly licensed dataset of Marzola et al (Mendeley Data, doi:10.17632/yzg86vb895.1, CC BY 4.0). The original images and masks are not redistributed here. Anyone reusing this deposit must also credit that dataset and its associated publication (Clin Neurophysiol. 2025;172:61-69).
