Reproduction package: When Does Cross-Condition Comparison Become Interpretable? A Validation Precondition for Automatic Stance Coding in LLM-Based Translation Evaluation

Reproduction package for the article submitted to Communication Methods and Measures. Contents: (1) the 28 stance-bearing target sentences selected by rule from the Chinese-English bilingual edition of the State Council white paper Youth of China in the New Era, with the selection script and source page; (2) the 168 raw returns of DeepSeek-V3 and GLM-4-Flash under three context conditions (target sentence alone; same-paragraph context; context plus genre note) and the 336 repeated-sampling returns for the noise floor; (3) the deterministic lexical scoring scripts and scored tables under both localization rules (unadjusted and C0-anchor audited); (4) the codebook (three diagnostic channels, lexicons, localization rules); (5) the single-author semantic-source coding of all 21 residual label changes (Supplementary Table S2); (6) the 15-study literature audit coding sheet with per-study evidence (Supplementary Table S1), the retrieval log, and the raw OpenAlex/Semantic Scholar verification records. Re-running the chain reproduces the analysed tables bit-identically (SHA-256 verified 2026-10-20). Model versions were not pinned at collection time, so raw API returns are shipped rather than regenerable. The package is released under CC-BY 4.0.
