NRS-13268 | Fines and estreat registers

These registers give information about persons defaulting on fines. They record: number; court at which ordered; date; name of defaulter; principal or surety; residence; condition (ie. occupation); nature of default; fine; returns; order of court. Volume 11/2767 relates to Forbes and surrounding districts; 11/2768 to Wentworth; 11/2769 to Hillston and Sydney; and 11/2770-72 to Sydney and country areas. Volume 11/2767 also contains an entry for one writ, date 30 July 1904, the King v George Seaborn (p.67). (11/2767 part-2772). 6 vols (part).
