mRNA profiles of beta-actin knockout (KO) and wild-type (WT) MEFs induced to adipocyte-like feature to study how global transcriptome changes during differentiation The goals of this study are to use NGS to perform transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) to find the changes of the global gene expression programs in beta-actin knockout (KO) and wild-type (WT) Mouse Embryonic Fibroblasts during adipogenesis. MEFs were induced to adipogenic like feature using growth media supplemented with 10mg/ml Insulin (Ins), 2mM Dexamethasone (Dex), 0.5mM 3-isobutyl-1-methylxanthine (IBMX) and 25mg/ml Ascorbic Acid (AsA).
