Aim was to gain identities of fungi in the roots of Vincetoxicum rossicum, an invasive plant in Ontario, Canada. 454 pyrosequencing was done on surface-disinfected roots of plants from areas where V. rossicum had been present for different periods of time, ranging from 1-100+ years.
