Global profiling to investigate the consequence of the lack of TAP-1 on hematopoetic cell or non-hematopoetic cell on the qualitative response of reactivated antigen-specific Trm cells Overall design: Three groups of bone marrow chimeras were generated by reconstituting irradiated WT recipients with WT or TAP1KO bone marrow, or irradiated TAP1KO recipients with WT bone marrow. 8 weeks after reconstitution, TCR-transgenic P14 and OT-I T cells were adoptively transferred to generate immune bone marrow chimeras. At 48hours post infection, TCR-transgenic P14 Trm cells were sorted based on their Nur77-GFP reporter expression, in triplicate.
