Wildfire Drone Routing — supplementary data (creation inputs & WFPI rasters)

Large supplementary inputs for the wildfire_drone_routing project (GitHub release v1.0.2). The benchmark-critical Tier-1 data (per-year config, mask, Pyrologix static risk map, and 2021-2024 fire scenarios) is committed directly in the GitHub repository and is not duplicated here. This record hosts the larger, secondary inputs used only for dataset creation and the Figure 6 California case-study explainer: raw WFPI forecast-1 and forecast-2 daily archives, USFS historical ignition records, the Pyrologix fire-risk GeoPackage, US Census TIGER shapefiles, ALERTCalifornia camera metadata, and derived day-1 (2020) and day-2 (2021) WFPI rasters.
