RNA sequencing of T helper type 1 differentiated cultures in polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis and healthy controls

Biologic pathway differences in polyarticular JIA and healthy control Th1 culture cells were determined by RNA sequencing and pathway analysis. RNA from 3 JIA and 3 pediatric healthy control Th1 cultures were analyzed for differential gene expression using DESeq2. Examination of RNA sequencing in 3 JIA Th1 cultures and 3 healthy control Th1 cultures.
