Dataset for Talent Sustainablity w.r.t. BPOs and Call Centres, Delhi NCR, India

This has been collected for the purpose of research paper. The respondents of this data are employees working in BPOs and Call Centres of Delhi NCR. The main object of collecting this data was to diagnose various considerations those play vital role in maintaining long term relationship between employees and employer.

本数据集专为学术研究论文采集。其受访对象为德里国家首都辖区（Delhi NCR）内业务流程外包（Business Process Outsourcing, BPO）企业与呼叫中心的雇员。本次数据采集的核心目标，在于剖析诸多对维系雇员与雇主间长期雇佣关系起到关键作用的影响因素。
