Brachymystax lenok tsinlingensis Transcriptome or Gene expression. Brachymystax lenok tsinlingensis

Liver and gill tissues were collected from Brachymystax lenok tsinlingensis for transcriptome sequencing. This will generate the first transcriptome assembly for this species and microsatellite markers will be developed and characterized from the assembled transcriptome. Also, individuals under heat stress will be compared with individuals under control to exhibit the potential mechanism of heat stress tolerance for this cold-water fish species.
