UnitMatch Demo - data

This dataset contains electrophysiological data recorded in five mice chronically implanted with a Neuropixels probe. For each mouse it contains two recordings on consecutive days. We provide the data that is necessary to run UnitMatch and validate the results (https://github.com/EnnyvanBeest/UnitMatch/tree/v1.0.0_UnitMatch), as described in “Tracking neurons across days with high-density probes” (DOI: 10.1101/2023.10.12.562040).These are the mice corresponding to ID 1-5 from Table S1 in the manuscript.
