Most crucial elements in the development of an organization is thought to be employee satisfaction. Through the mediating effect of employer branding, The rationale of the study is to look at the connection of HR techniques with personnel satisfaction. A random sampling technique was used to distribute 250 questionnaires to the staff of 5 different private enterprises in the Delhi and NCR region, and 220 respondents' responses were collected and analyzed. PLS-SEM 3.0 was utilised to assess the data and structural equation modeling. A critical aspect of this inquiry is its reliance on a restricted sample size, which was addressed through the utilisation of cross-sectional investigation and quantitative research methodologies.
